It's great to be able to see Dr Baptiste with the hour of my appointment. I've been going to this business for about 6 or 7 years now and I have never been more satisfied. I took my mom to get her eye pressures checked. Dr Baptiste staff gave us a very professional experience. We had a substantial wait time, but Dr. Baptiste and his staff tried their best to accommodate us. I highly recommend this office for eye care. A big plus are the designer glasses that are next to the practice. Dr Baptiste also accommodated me!! I’m having issues with eye redness and burning. The staff made an appointment for me for next week. The practice is easy to find and is centrally located.

Doctor was very nice but the crew that is supposed to help you choose your glasses had bad customer service. Felt like an inconvenience the entire time. Also added fees that were not included during the visit in person (despite asking multiple times for the total).
