The examination process and staff was informative and therral. Very pleased with that section.
Very disappointed with picking frames and delivety of new glasses. Very rude lady. After 5 weeks and no glasses check in only to be told the order hadn't been recieved. It would be another 3 to 5 weeks. They had no problem taking the money for the frames and glasses. Very upsetting.
