Every doctor’s office should run things as efficiently and organized… 1:30 appointment and they see me at 1:30. No wait, no magazines from 2012 to look over… I’m in. From the time they started to the time I walked out, the only waiting I did was to wait for my eyes to fully dilate. And when I was finished, my contacts that were ordered on my last visit were waiting for me along with my printed invoice. Appreciate the expertise, the teamwork and that way they moved everything along without wasting my time like most doctor’s offices. I recently HAD to change eye doctors after 20 years because of a change in my insurance. I would have gladly changed a long time ago had I known that this was the alternative.

I can’t say enough about how great my experience was here. I initially chose this spot for their frames selection - it was listed that they carry many luxury brands. Boy, was I rewarded with such an incredible array of frames and styles. Outside of their incredible selection of frames and brands, the service by EVERYONE was top notch. I was greeted immediately even though there was a small line, they tightened and balanced my current pair of glasses (even though I had purchased them elsewhere), and their equipment is top of the line and seems to be up to date with current tech. The Optometrist was kind and informative. And the Optician was so passionate about finding the right frames for me. Just overall, an incredible experience - I can’t wait to go back to pick more frames for my next exam.
