Do NOT go to this Vision Center if you're expecting professionalism, Friendly and Helpful Services! I have been coming here for 10 years and refuse to go anywhere else! The one time I went to a different Office, I received a completely wrong prescription and they refused to fix it and demanded I Pay for ANOTHER exam, which was absurd! Upon walking in, You are presented with a wide range of glasses to fit your style and comfort, as well as different contact Lens options. I suffer from Dry Eyes, I explained this to the Doctor as well as the Staff and they were able to provide trials for me which helped me find the best fit for my eyes. The Staff is very responsive and always goes above and beyond at all times. I was not notified about the safety of wearing a mask for my protection as well as the Doctors, so I didn't think to bring one. The front office staff kindly provided one to me. Kudos! The Office is very Clean and Well Maintained throughout and has a modern decor, allowing for a welcoming environment and atmosphere. I highly recommend everyone (of any age group) to come to this location or their new office (if Closer to you in *Miami Lakes*) If you're looking for nothing short of a spectacular and top-notch experience. I know how busy the University and Pines Location gets, so if you don't get your call answered the first time, call back and you're sure to get friendly and helpful service! I have taken both my teenagers to the Pembroke pines location and Miami Gardens. Experience was fantastic! The advance technology they use, you don't see in many places, it is very precise and you feel comfortable throughout the process. Everything is explained to you. The owners go above and beyond, you can tell they love to help and know the field very well. They listen to the patients/customer. Haven't found a place like this in years and not going anywhere else. Highly recommend them.

I found this place on Groupon a few years ago. I find myself continuing to come back here because the experience is so pleasant. It’s been almost 2 years since I came here and Johnny remembered I’d been here before. The eye doctor was super sweet and personable and their knowledge on eyes is unmatched… and their way of delivering that knowledge is so tangible and applicable. We talked about my contacts and he taught me all about how staring at a screen dehydrates your eyes and astigmatism contacts are a bit different based on what you’re looking at all day. He made sure that I got the info for the rebate on my contacts and overall, you can tell that they genuinely care. 10/10 recommend here.
