The employees here are always friendly and very timely in helping their customers. They take the time to make sure your prescription is done right and your frames fit properly and to your liking before you leave. They have a variety of options of frames to choose from and are willing to do price checks and fittings with no complaint or groaning. They are one of very few places who provide a cleaning kit that has free refills for the cleaning solution and are very committed to making sure their customers are not only happy with the product but also experience a pleasant and memorable experience. I went to Ellet Eyecare for the first time today. I am so impressed with everything about it. Kim and Ginger were so friendly. Ginger helped me with my glasses and made sure they were great before I left. I have been looking for a place that takes special care with me and my glasses. These new chain places do not cut the mustard. They will see me again. I feel grateful to find them. Again, Kim and Ginger are amazing.
