Staff was so nice. Diedra was exceptional. She was so friendly and engaging. Didn’t make you feel you were just a number! Dr. Fergason… was so nice and answered questions. Made me feel very comfortable.

Dr. Ferguson and her staff were courteous, professional and through in her explanations of the examination and my current eye health condition. The waiting room setting was very calming.

Dr. Emilie Ferguson, 10/10. Staff, 10/10. But we waited 2.5 hours to see her. (From my understanding, it was due to being short staffed) I will continue to have my child see her, I really liked her a lot.

Had a wonderful experience today at my annual eye exam. The technician; Damica was very pleasant and efficient. Dr Ferguson is always great. I also stopped at the optical dept for new glasses and there was no wait.

Dr. Ferguson is very pleasant and listened. She did have good information and offered several options for dry eye. Today I didn't have to wait long. The prep assistant FedEx was very good too.

I had an emergency situation with my right eye. I called the office as soon as they opened. I was able to be seen within two hours of my call. My appointment was thorough and provided immediate relief from my eye injury along with an explanation of how to care for my eye should the same thing happen in the future.

First visit with Dr. Ferguson, friendly, knowledgeable. My only complaint was the wait time, perhaps she is being over booked. 9:45-12 noon is rather long for routine eye exam. CT

I do not recommend this eye doctor based on my experience. 2023 I went for a routine eye exam and was given a prescription for glasses that turned out to be completely inaccurate. The glasses caused eye strain, headaches, and blurry vision. I got second opinion on different place and got correct prescription. Again, 2025 I returned for a follow-up, in L.O. Eye Care because it has been 2 years from previous prescription , but was again given a wrong prescription with the same doctor Fergason. After two visits, I still didn’t receive a proper diagnosis or suitable eyeglasses. It was frustrating to spend time and money only to end up needing a second opinion. I expected better accuracy and professionalism, especially when dealing with vision care.

Dr. E. Fergason was excellent. She worked with. me to find the perfect contacts. Patiently adjusting 4 times until we found the right ones. My only complaint/concern is the new return policy for previous purchased contacts. I am now well aware of specifics and do not recommend making purchases at LoEye care.

Very quick service...very short wait times. Initial person who checked my eyes was very thorough and professional. Dr. Phillips asked questions and was courteous. Good experience all around.

Everyone was very friendly and professional. The staff explained each test with patience and clarity. My overall experience was absolutely wonderful. Would highly recommend.

Dr Philips is very nice. However my visit consisted of just an eye exam. I was charged $85 with my insurance. Was supposed to receive trial contacts, no one in the contact department to assist me. Asked the folks at the desk for assistance and they were no help. Ended up leaving without them. Pretty much paid for nothing I knew my prescription already. And I have never paid $85 after exam without also getting a pair of glasses or contacts. Been dealing with eye doctor’s for 30 years. They even had the nerve to schedule me another appointment to see how I like the contacts that I did not receive. If you have vsp insurance I do not recommend this place.

Emelie was great. She was professional and courteous. When I was confused about what next steps to take in order to diagnose an issue I am experiencing, she patiently explained until I understood the situation and felt comfortable moving forward.

She was friendly, efficient and seemed to do a good job. I’m not an ophthalmologist so I cannot comment on the necessity or quality of the tests, this is where trust comes in. My only complaint was the one half hour wait before the exam.. I don’t recall having to wait that long before.

I had an eye appointment today with Dr Phillips. She was courteous, friendly and is very knowledgeable. I look forward is seeing her next year during my annual eye appointment.

Emelie was professional and thorough. She made recommendations based upon my needs. It was truly a pleasure to work with her. I'm schedule the follow up with her in a couple of weeks and look forward to meeting with her again.

Feedback: 1. 5 stars for Jasmin, the tech, she was very professional & personable! 2. The 2 stars rating relates to the wait time for Dr Fergason. She must have been overbooked or running behind, because the wait time was very long so I left. I was never actually seen by the doctor.

My appt went well. I got in for each step in a timely manner. The tech who did my preliminary testing was so very nice. She was very efficient, professional and patient. I tend to ask to see things over again if I’m not sure which one was best. I was criticized several years ago at another eye care office for asking for repeats. But never at LO Eye. I was greeted promptly and politely and directed to Registration. The doctor checked my eyes well and soothed some of my worries. Soothed with gentle concern that I continue to have my eyes checked for progress on my cataracts. She told me what to expect if they do start to bother my vision. She had studied my chart and followed up on a previous issue I had. I was checked out quickly, as well.

Ok, except for when the Dr. Came into the room, her picture on their website doesn't even look like her. I was startled and wondered if she had the correct patient. I feel they need to update their online photos along with the photos they have on their plaques at loeye care, that are on the wall every few years. A lot of times people become unrecognizable as time goes by, especially at a higher age. Sorry, I the see the tab below for photos, but I don't an updated photo to show you.

Dr Phillips is very nice. BUT today my Mother & I waited 15 to 20min for each test she needed for her glocoma checkup. It was a 2 hour visit today.

Dr. Ferguson is terrific, kind, thorough, answers questions. What earned the lower rating was the very, very long wait I experienced—no earthly reason for an annual eye exam to take more than 2 hours.

My experience has always been great. All of the staff are cordial, polite, and knowledgeable. I have never encountered an unpleasant experience. Doctor Phillips is very professional and down to earth. She goes above explaining things and answering questions. I am impressed with the team!

Dr. Furgason is very knowledgeable and pleasant, while providing great feedback. She is a 10 out of 10! Today, my visit was much quicker and seamless. Prior visits I have experienced much longer wait times.
