This is a disaster! I've been here with my 92 year old mom since 10:20 AM. It's now 2:22 PM and we've yet to see a doctor. After an hour they called her and her eyes were dilated. Then almost 2 hours later they called her again and took pictures. Now we've been waiting for the doctor for over an hour. Who knows when that will happen. Emory should be ashamed of the situation at this clinic!

I'm an international student at Emory and I tried to schedule an appointment for glaucoma testing but was unable to because the center requires doctors' notes and referrals. I tried to explain that I only saw the doctor who suggested this once and in a different country for a regular appointment to check my eye prescription. Even after explaining this barrier, I was still told that I could not schedule an appointment.
