Making an appointment online is easy, and the exam and fitting part of the visit went very well. The eyewear brands advertised are somewhat misleading as you might find one pair offered of a Nine West, Ray Ban or other recognized brand while the rest are brands I never heard of and not really my taste. It seemed like every single pair of sample glasses was really smudgy too like they hadn’t been wiped down in some time.

This was the absolute worst experience and the employees at this location are racist. Last Saturday I called spoke with Anthony he is rude and more rude in person. Went in today had to reschedule. My glasses I have needed fixed, the young lady who attempted to fix them broke them, after I informed her this was the only pair. Not once did I specify that I need a Guess frame, she just assumed and advised I would have to wait till my eye exam. I called back spoke with Kyle. I asked to speak with a supervisor he said yes at first then said one is not available? He lied to me. To be honest I will not be back and take my business elsewhere. I will be contacting the better business bureau and reporting todays incident. Stay clear of this location if you are a minority.

The store was busy, but the associate still took time to greet me ask my name and shared that someone would be with me shortly. The store was clean. The staff was very nice and they worked hard to get through all of the customers in a timely manner. The eye doctor was pleasant and informative. Picking out the glasses from the walls was so much easier and efficient by frame and priced.
