Your customer service was very nice when I entered vision works. They guide me to take time to pick out my glasses. Then right afterwards I went into my eye exam and was fitted for my glasses. I was ask is there anything else I could help you with? I was told you will hear from us when your glasses are ready in a text. I was told to have a great day. I left vision works with satisfaction, happy with a smile on my face. Thanks to vision works!!!!!

I experienced great people, but my appointment was scheduled for 10am and it was after 10:30 before I was brought to a room. Jania was great. I got a Telehealth exam that I was not expecting not sure how to feel about it as I have issues with my eyes. My biggest problem is that the store is filthy! It is difficult to see in the picture, but it actually looks like there is urine in the sink! The countertops are dusty also. Sorry to say that they would never pass a health inspection. I was limited to where I could go because of insurance otherwise I'd have walked away the second I walked into the exam room.

I went for the first time and my experience was very good, but my contacts didn’t feel the best at first. The staff was extremely helpful in assisting with getting another appointment and when I came back in I was able to get the perfect prescription and fit for both my glasses and contacts. I will be coming back for my eye needs so long as I am in Syracuse! Very kind and tentative staff, clean and organized building, efficient appointment system!
