Appointment was on time. Associates and Doctor were very helpful and patient getting me the right Rx, a great fit and explaining everything along the way. Very pleased with the folks at the Rte 7 Latham NY location.

Ordered replacement glasses for my daughter, they said it would take about a week, it has been 2 weeks and the glasses have still not been shipped and they are telling me it will ANOTHER week. Meanwhile my 12 year old gets headaches at school. Ridiculous, definitely finding a new eye doctor.

My appointment was on time and efficient, and Cookie, my optician, was amazing. Informative, professional and totally familiar with my insurance and what I needed. Also I love the store/frames organized by style and price. Made shopping much easier.
