The process was very easy. I got the email for my glasses earlier than expected. I got two pairs.The first one fits perfectly and I'm awaiting the 2nd pair.

The doctor and Rea were wonderful. Everyone else in the store seem SO UNHAPPY AND LIKE THEY HATE THEIR JOBS. What’s worse like they don’t really want to help the customers. No smiles. Forget being friendly. This isn’t a one time deal or just a bad day on their part, it’s my second time there. I have to go there because I’m in a wheelchair and the equipment is accessible. And my insurance is accepted there.

1st time I experience a virtual eye exam and VisionWorks on Rt.57 in Liverpool offered me FABULOUS experience; from the receptionist, technicians (both in the office & virtually), the handsome & knowledgeable virtual optometrist, and the eyewear specialists. I was able to quickly schedule my appointment at a location of my choice. BRAVO!!!
