Awesome experience! I stopped in to ask general questions and did not have an appt. They offered me a spot that someone else canceled! All the staff were friendly and accommodating! I loved the ease of the virtual visit after their technicians did a very careful pre-screen! I was in and out of there in about an hour with new contacts and my glasses ordered! They even suggested a similar frame that was covered by my insurance as opposed to the one that would cost me close to $200! Most places would go for the sale, not the customer satisfaction! Would recommend this location for sure! A++

The place was very clean. The staff was very nice. Aurora, the technician who did the pre work for my exam was personable and accommodating. The doctors during my telehealth visit were polite and efficient. This was my first experience at this location and I will go there from now on. Thank you.

Appointment at Visionworks yesterday to get a renewed script for contacts. Been there before and was always easy. Yesterday, after doing initial testing, I find out there will be no in person contact with eye doc. No. The visit with eye doc is virtual. A video conference of sorts. Hard to understand eye doc. Quick and impersonal. But they certainly charged a rate that was in line with in person visit. All that is fine, EXCEPT when I made the appointment they never indicated the virtual doc. I won’t be back.
