Service was good. Orders take way longer than other places. If you’re not in a hurry, I would recommend this place. I should’ve placed my order with an online service or went to another retail location.

Overall very disappointing. I went for a eye exam. I signed up for the first appointment of the day and it started 10+ minutes late. I was not told that it would be a virtual visit which would not allow for a thorough assessment. There were multiple technical problems, which I do not blame the staff for however it caused the appointment to be 2 hours long. The staff I worked with were unprofessional and nonspecific in their information and directions which caused inaccurate assessment and required repetition of the tests. One staff member was constantly on her phone while in the telehealth visit though she was supposed to be facilitating. The communication between staff was poor as well. It was unclear who was supposed to be doing what and the next steps for the patient. Instruments were not cleaned between patients, which I found to be disgusting. The assessment room had a very strong air freshener scent which left me with a headache before I left. I wish I had just walked out in the first 20 minutes when I realized what an absolute mess the place was. This is the worst experience I have ever had at a doctors office.
