I've been going to the the Shop City location of Empire Visionworks for YEARS and they are like family! Upon arriving, they all greet me, they remember my name; I never have a long wait. They are friendly, professional, caring, and funny, I appreciate their input and feedback when I ask for assistance in choosing a frame that suits my personality, facial shape and will support my prescription. They are not only interested about my vision and vision needs, but, me as a person. Dr. Gordon is wonderful! He knows his stuff and has a great sense of humor. I can't imagine going to another location. The team at Shop City Plaza is the best I have ever encountered! It is truly a wonderful experience each and every time I go for my annual appointment.

Terrible customer service. Feedback: make sure to call your customers when order is ready for pickup. Didn’t get any communication that glasses are ready. Some rude lady on the phone just said they “tried texting” uggghh. If they do not pick up , leave a voicemail. It’s 2023 and I know you are in Syracuse but please at least make an attempt at decent service. Horrible :(

They always do such a great job here. Very welcoming. Great experience. That’s why I keep coming back all these years.
