I can unfortunately see why the ratings are not so great. I have had a couple times running into the issue of not allowing me to get a couple more pairs of contacts to hold me over until my next appointment. I know some places are very nice and work with you and help you and provide you “trial lenses”. I had offered to pay for the couple pair of contacts and to continue to give Visionworks my business. I understand the part about having an expired prescription, but to be able to get two sets is impossible with Visionworks. My exam is about less than two months away, and it would not make sense for me to pay out of pocket for an exam that will be covered in less than two months. It is very very frustrating and upsetting the lack of caring and help that is provided to clients/customers. I have finally had enough and now switching to a “private” small office, that’s more caring and receptive.

Ashley was absolutely amazing! She was kind, patient, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer all my questions, helped me find the perfect pair of glasses, and made the experience easy and enjoyable. Her customer service went above and beyond, and you can tell she genuinely cares about her customers. If you visit this store, I highly recommend asking for Ashley!

Every single employee was so impressive. The lady who checked us in and helped give an opinion on my glasses was great. I don't remember the name of the young man who gave me the initial tests but he was so friendly and had such great energy. I was not in a great mood that day but he lifted my spirits. The Dr was thorough and efficient and Melissa is a gem. We have worked with her before. Her knowledge and support amaze me. I had 2 insurances and got 2 pairs. She compared the plans to help me get the best price. I felt very confident leaving with a pair of glasses that looked great. Thank you everyone. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for visionworks in clifton park!

I had a very positive experience at Visionworks at the Crossings. I was greeted promptly and the service was excellent. I was assisted by Christie. She is extremely knowledgeable and was very helpful to me in selecting frames. She is also a very pleasant, personable, and professional. I highly recommend this store.

The eye exam appointment is incredibly efficient with no wait time. Upon arriving on time, Jennifer promptly checked us in and took the time to explain all the options and costs upfront. Dr. Pereira patiently addressed all our questions, and the facility's advanced eye exam technologies made the visit comfortable, especially for the little one. Melissa assisted us in getting the glasses, even taking the time to educate the child about them. The online appointment system worked flawlessly. Overall, it was a fantastic visit with excellent customer service. I highly recommend them.
