The staff were really nice and helpful the doctor (Nguyen) not much. On my arrival with my 5 year old, I did noticed that she was rude to him as he is a talkative little boy, he was asking certain questions during the examination procedure and she appeared to be annoyed by him, she was also constantly ignoring him and I had to tell him to not ask so many questions. I work with children in a similar setting so I know what I saw. I saw it multiple times, But I let it slide since I do believe everyone has bad days and continued my journey. Months later I called to inquired about the full day prescription and she was rude and right away sent me to look for another provider, instead of walking me through this. I shared my concern as my child was prescribed a full on day glasses but he was not able to walk with them as he did shared with me that he was not able to see clearly, I tried them too and saw the same thing and saw how difficult that would be for him, so she arrogantly said the glasses were for him not for me and that I was obviously not going to see clearly but I did explained to her what he had shared with me of not being able to see. So to be fair this was the worst pediatric visit I ever had. We did left for sure.

Very happy with the care my two year old received! The doctors (Dr. Wilkins and Dr. Nguyen) were very welcoming, worked well with him while assessing him and their expertise in the field was so apparent. The office staff were accommodating and friendly. I am so happy with the care we received, and look forward to the ongoing care to our boy.

I called to schedule an appointment. The woman on the phone absolutely terrified me about my sons symptoms and said she’d try to contact the doctor and get us in. Said she’d call back. She never called back…I’ve left multiple messages trying to reach them and no response. Meanwhile I’m having severe anxiety over her responses to me about my son’s symptoms. I’m looking for a different office to go to. Avoid at all costs.

This is insane hours of operation. I always call not on lunch. They never seem to answer and if they do they have an attitude and put you on hold and or voicemail picks up. I leave messages after messages and never get a call back. I wait months for appointments for what for them to turn you away and say the referral expired? Or that the appointment had changed and nobody notified me. This is insane. My daughter's health eyesight is what matters to me to them. It's just a paycheck I believe if anybody has a Great caring doctor with helpful staff. Please recommend. Thank you

I recently had an appointment scheduled at this office and unfortunately had a highly disappointing experience. I have been waiting 3 months for my daughter’s appointment in this office. I received a call from Letti the office staff and was told since my daughter’s insurance was changed I needed a new authorization. She went on to say that the new insurance said they would honor the appointment however she needed a confirmation from me that incase they don’t I would be responsible to pay out of pocket. The cost for just the appointment is 350.00 I am so angry because if they had called me a couple of days before and informed me of what was happening I would have had time to fix it. What was I to do at 3 pm on a Friday afternoon????? Not only were they unprofessional and rude, but The lack of respect for patients’ schedules is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the practice’s professionalism. I would strongly advise others to seek medical care elsewhere where their time and concerns are valued.
