Emma and Dr Sung and efficient, warm and helpful. From scheduling to paying, it's a pleasure to deal with Encore Eye care. They explain everything in great detail and are very thorough, but still get you through the process quickly.

Dr. Le and her staff are wonderful! My family and I have been going to Encore Eye Care for the past several years and we always receive the best care. It’s easy to schedule our appointments, the staff explains fees and all out of pocket expenses, and Dr. Le is very personable and thorough. I have referred family and friends and they too are happy. Highly recommend!

It was very well structured: I arrived a little early and jumped right into doing some of the basic exams. A few minutes later, I was called by the optometrist where she went over the tests and explained to me, in great details, my current situation, and how it will unfold in the next few years (after 40, things do get worse... part of life, I guess). She answered all my questions, and I felt that there was no "rush" do get everything done within a given timeslot. I really liked it.
