Dr Diaz is the best around. I had been referred from my previous optometrist who had retired and couldn't be happier with Envision. The state of the art equipment is amongst the best in the State. A clean modern atmosphere with an ample waiting room.

Receptionist was very rude and condescending .... not welcoming not helpful .. the doctors on the other hand were very nice ...

Buyer beware! I paid in full for new eyeglass on 03/02/2022. I was told it would take 2 weeks for the glasses to come in. It's now mid April and still don't have my glasses. The opticals dept does not answer the phone nor return messages. I am requesting a refund and never doing business with them again.

Very poor customer service. Rude, Condescending and a certain “racial anxiety” Never again.

Great customer service, very relaxed and friendly environment.
