Saw Dr Mummert and staff today for the first time. The entire visit was a great experience front the very start. From check in, to exam, to check out I received excellent service! The eye care specialist (I’m sorry I forgot her name) was thorough and efficient. Dr Mummert was concise with her exam and answered my many questions. Renée was very helpful and knowledgeable when helping me pick out my glasses. She even let me try HERS on because I liked how they looked on her. Didn’t get the same ones, but was happy to find just the right ones for me. There was no pressure to get anything other than what suited my needs. She took measurements for prescription sunglasses that I liked and made a note in my chart just in case I decided to purchase them at a later date. I highly recommend Envision Eye Care!

Dr. Mummert is great with kids. I have an especially shy child and she did a great job working with her to calm her fears and make sure she understood what was going on. Staff is pleasant and helpful. The only issue I have found is that I have to schedule a time to pick up glasses. I understand this may be because the technicians are busy. Maybe it is standard practice, but I never had to do this at my prior clinic.

The eye exam with Dr Mummert went well, no complaints there. The sales specialist was another story. I came in with the intent to buy glasses. The sales rep was condescending and irritated when I asked some very simple questions about the "upgraded Digital" lenses she was pushing. The rest of the interaction didnt go much better. I eventually had enough and left with just the prescription. 1 star for the sales rep who's bad attitude lost a sale with a customer who was trying to purchase glasses from them. 5 star for Dr Mummert's exam.
