Such a horrible experience from start to finish. When I got there I witness a patient loose his appointment for not confirming it the day before. And for me the employees seemed to busy gossiping away, the assistant didn’t know how to use the exam machines, AND the doctor tried to tell me I had something in my eye and when I asked her what caused that she just replied. “Oh it just happens for no reason” 💀 I’m dead. Also they tried to charge me 50$ for a routine eye exam when my insurance only charges me $10.

Longest wait times. One appointment took over 2 hours. I called to make an appointment for my annual exam. They put me on hold, the hold kept timing out and they kept picking up and putting me back on hold. Ended going to see Dr. Demarco, was in and out in 20 min. Definitely will not return to Envision.

I bought a pair of glasses, envision front desk ladies have poor customer service and horrible soft people skills: • After calling several times, a young lady could never give me a date of arrival until I decided to go in person and demand an arrival date of my glasses. • Didn’t buy the insurance for the glasses so they were not willing to work with me and my situation, even if I had bought the insurance, I still would have needed to pay a percentage for the new pair. • The lady in charge was prejudice on her decisions and was not willing to work with me on pricing or finding a solution to fixing my glasses. The insurance is a complete scam, all I did was contact Ray-bans, sent them proof of sales and damage and with no headache are willing to exchange and fix my glasses FOR FREE.
