I will would give the place at 5 star if Ms. Pebbles wasnt working here sorry to say her customers service is awful I thought I was just me so I stopping taking my kids for a while but I went myself and no its not me she fast talks you and has a dry personality/attitude. I wouldn't even wrote this review but just after getting off the phone with her I immediately was like let me do a review. So Dr is awesome even came in early for my daughter one day! She is the best but Ms.Pebbles (I'm probably spelling her name wrong) but the girl at the front desk has to go. The other two girl sweet as pie.

Wonderful doctor and staff. I went in for an exam and came out with a new outlook on life. Dr. Nguyen was very kind and thorough with my exam. He answered any all questions I had regarding my vision. His prices were great and affordable. I most definitely will be back in with friends and family. Cant wait to see what I've been missing. Thank you guys again.

My contacts ripped on a family trip to the beach and I was stranded without any spares! It was Memorial Day weekend and I was sure no optometrist would be available, but Dr. Nguyen was. I was so fortunate to have met he and his wife. They took great care of me so quickly and got me right back to my family vacation. Couldn’t be happier with their services. I absolutely recommend them.

Best customer service in town. The office is very accommodating. They open the office early so I can pick up my son's glasses before work. I recommend this office to all my friends and family.

Doctor Nguyen is great, He will answer all your questions in a patient and humorous way, so that every patient feels that being with him is a kind of enjoyment, thus forgetting the pain and fear. staffs are friendly and the prices are affordable, I will definitely come back and will recommend it to anyone.

The night before leaving for vacation, my son was hit in the eye with a baseball. While traveling to Alabama on a Sunday morning, it became apparent he was in need of care. While trying to figure out a plan, I was concerned about not only finding a doctor on a Sunday, but also quality of care he would receive, but I definitely did with Dr. Nguyen!!!! I cannot say enough about the quality of service he provided my son. Not only was the examination and treatment thorough and accurate, but his interaction with my scared son was absolutely amazing!! He even called me personally the next day to follow-up and offered to see him the next few consecutive days in order to monitor his healing eye. I would strongly recommend Dr. Nguyen to anyone in the Alabama area!!! I was very fortunate to find him and absolutely grateful for his services!! I can't say thank you enough!!

They have a nice selection and the quality of the frames I'd say would be a "B" grade but unfortunately the hours have never been really consistent and they charge quite a bit to have your glasses rushed otherwise you have to wait 10-14 business days. They do accept most insurances.
