Very pleased with the service I received at Envision eye care. From checking in the receptionist was pleasant. The eye doctor was extremely professional, thorough , when performing an examination. When I was done I was Helped buy a person who assisted me in picking out My new glasses. Great example. I will return again. And recommend this eye center to anyone looking for a great eye doctor. Oh yes they kept me in my budget. This place was very clean and had a bathroom. Plus plenty of parking spaces and handicap parking.

If I could give zero stars every day, I absolutely would. I recieved a small bill. Once I called the office they told me to call the billing department, but they gave me the wrong phone number. I spent weeks trying to get ahold of no one. Once I got the bill in the mail again, I saw the correct phone number for the billing department. I have been calling them, no one has returned my voicemails. I called Envision to try to pay the bill directly through them and to ask what the bill was for. They gave me a much higher bill amount than the one I had gotten in the mail. I was very patient as the woman told me she couldn't quite understand the difference in the changed amount and would get back to me. Then, weeks went by and she never contacted me again. I finally spoke to someone else in Envision and was told that I only owed the smaller amount I was originally billed for. He was able to figure this out in under 5 minutes. I decided to call the billing department again to now try to pay the original amount and now they are trying to tell me it should be the higher numbered amount, which is vastly different. I know I do not owe that much since I had payed out the full portion years ago for my frames. This smaller bill is for an exam and I just want to pay it. (It's been months at this point.) Also, judging from previous reviews this isn't the first time the employees made mistakes w/ handling payments. There is always different people working there. This actullay isn't the first time I've paid for a pair of lenses through them and they forgot to post it to my account. I luckily at the time had kept my reciept. I never post negative reviews but oh my god, if only people cared about doing their job; I wouldn't have to deal with all of this. Also, the phone staff was a little combative, and kept speaking over me when I tried to explain my disappointment. I was offered no sympathy and no reassurance that Envision would contact the billing department to make it right. This is completely unacceptable and is going to be fixed, eventually. However, I will never return to any Envision Eye care as a patient again.

The doctor was very understanding of my double vision and the reality that it can't be corrected. I didn't feel rushed or ignored, but heard and treated kindly. Can't wait to get my new contact lenses.
