Initially I called the Cranston location down my street but I had an upsetting interaction with an older lady. I’ve been meaning to get a copy of my prescription information and Breanna helped me with that! She apologized for the Cranston staff’s rudeness (when it wasn’t her fault at all). Appreciate how respectful the staff at West Warwick are! They genuinely care about all their patients and don’t overlook you. This location is absolutely worth the drive rather than me feeling uncomfortable at the Cranston one. Thank you!

I absolutely love the entire staff here. Dr. Paul is kind, caring and patient. Amy is heaven sent for not just ordering your glasses but she's extremely knowledgeable of different medical coverages and showed me how to get the best bang for my buck. I couldn't be happier!
