Dr. Straut is a wonderful doctor. He patiently answers all my questions and even though the waiting room is full, he never seems rushed with me.

I had my appointment today to get my contact lenses. I had already told Dr Straut in a previous appointment I didn't need a fitting because I am doing great with mine, I just needed to renew the prescription because I am out of contact lenses.
They said that the fitting is required so when you are trapped in the system you just have to say ok, so I said ok. They asked me for my insurance and then they told me it was $220 which seemed outragious to me because in the past I had paid $60 and I said I wasn't staying.
I came home and called my insurance and it is actually $60 so I am tremendouslly dissapointed from this doctors office. It is a rip-off.
