From start to finish it was excellent. Called for a common eye issue. Was able to get an appointment right away. I showed up on time and Check in was easy. Short wait in the lobby. The tech was pleasant and professional. Dr Fuchs was also very nice, professional and answered all of my questions. Could not have been better.

You know I love giving Roses out and I want to thank Sam the tech first.. she was kind and patience every step before Dr. Fuchs came in... As always I was referred by my Sister in Christ J. Jenkins. Once a year I see her and she give me the update on my eyes... This year " All is well"! Thank you again ... Happy Holidays...

It was my first visit to Wilmington Eye at the Brunswick Forest location. I had a great experience. I checked in, was called back withing minutes, went through my exam, received my prescription and was on my way. Excellent customer service! Thank you!
