Excellent doctor... receptionist and tech need customer service training.

Dr. Lewis, is an excellent Doctor!! She is very patient and we always have a good conversation. She is very engaging with her employees and customers. I was recommended to her by my friend.

Tried to make an appt and check to see if they take my insurance the staff was very rude I do not recommend if I could have given a zero I would have

I have heard great things about the Dr but me and my friends and family, will never know how good of a Dr She is because her Receptionist is Extremely Rude and confrontational from the time she answers the phone. And when I asked her name to report her to the Dr. She immediately hung up the phone. I very seldom leave negative reviews but she the Receptionist is that rude

Staff is rude especially the lady at the front desk very unhelpful and a nasty attitude & unqualified for her position , seems to have an issue with locating insurance info as I witnessed for my experience speaking with her & other clients …

Dr. Lewis is the B E S T!!!! She is very professional and my eye exam and prescription is always on point!! I would highly recommend her. ❤️ ❤️ ❤️

Dr. Lewis and staff are excellent. Have gone here for years. They've always been patient and kind with my children, answering any questions or concerns. Easy to schedule an appointment and seen by Dr. Lewis in a timely manner. All of my family members wear glasses/contacts and I highly recommend Essential Eye Care.

Dr Dada and his team are exceptional and treat every patient with personal care. I have been going here for the past 3 years and will always go to him for my eye care needs!

Dr. Lewis is awesome! However, her staff isn't. Kelli working the front desk was very unprofessional and didn't want to do any work. I won't be returning because of the staff. I will be returning back to original eye doctor.
