If there's an option to rate this place ZERO stars, then I would. My sister has been going to this place for 8 YEARS and her eyes had worsen tremendously: from a 1.5 prescription to a staggering 4.0. She wears their orthok contacts and can’t even see people’s faces when she talks to them. In a span of 6 months, they changed her lens continuously and now her vision randomly fluctuates throughout the day. I am sick of these people and THUS DUMPTRUCK OF A PLACE. I WILL BE SUING. THIS ISNT A THREAT. THIS IS A PROMSIE.

have been coming here for years (actually more then a decade), my last two visits have been very disappointing. The optometrist is very good, very polite. The front desk lady is very professional and polite, the elderly gentleman who helps out with the glass fitting is an awesome person to talk to, very friendly. Its that other Weirdo RUDE guy at the front desk, what a sorry excuse for customer service. On my last visit he actually wanted to charge me for a co-payment for an eye-exam, but I was not going to get an eye-exam as my prescription was still good and my vision didn't change, all I wanted was a new pair of glasses. So what I think this person wanted to do was charge my insurance (VSP) and also charge me $25 for a service that was not performed. THATS FRAUD!! I told him in a disgusted tone that that was fraud and that, it was wrong, and that I would be leaving a review. Wow, they really need to fire that guy, he is losing them customers, my wife and I will now be going some where else. IF you see this guy there be prepared for a weird experience, of RUDE customer service (just with him), perhaps he should work at a lady's hair salon or something...Just saying. Not coming here anymore.
