5 star rating. Excellent service from everyone. Every staff member made me fell like a person not a patient number. Outstanding results from my cataract surgery. Doctor called me personally after hours on night of surgery to check up on me. Only saw to small problems. 1. they are a victim of there own success, which means very busy so sometimes have long wait times. 2. parking can be limited on busy days. I considered both of this to be minor problems compared to level of service they provide

I was referred here when my other eye doctor's clinic closed, and I had my first appointment today. It was scheduled at 8:15am (they open at 8am). The doctor finally made it to my room at 9:45! I'm not sure how one gets so behind first thing in the morning unless the office is over-scheduling. At one point during the hour and a half wait, I popped out into the hall just to be sure I hadn't been forgotten somehow, and the nurse I happened to speak to was just rude. When the doctor showed up she spent maybe 5-8 minutes with me and never apologized for the extreme delay. I don't make a habit of leaving poor reviews, but to me that just isn't a respectful level of care. I'm sure the doctors may well be skillful, but I found the whole experience to be really rather absurd, and I would not return here. Perhaps the office might consider making adjustments to their scheduling process, and their doctors might consider acknowledging excessively long wait times if and when they happen; I would consider that basic common courtesy.

These doctors make you wait literally hours past your appointment. Went with my partner for an appointment at 4:00 PM and we didn't get out until 6:30ish PM. This is not a one-off. Updated to add: Had an 8:00 AM appointment. Didn't see the doctor until past 9:00 AM. Your excuses are pathetic. This was the "quickest" I've ever been seen. Doctors are fine, but NOT WORTH THE WAIT! (It's also a bad sign that the lead doctor can't even spell my name correctly.)
