Before switching to a new eye doctor , I went to eye care associates for a little over 7 years. I never had any issues with the service. However earlier this year I turned 18 and it was brought to my attention that I could no longer schedule appointments because my mom never told me when my appointments were. So I thought when I turned 18 I could do it myself responsibly. If I never got a new eye doctor I would never have been able to get another pair of glasses. I had the same glasses for over a year because I couldn’t schedule an appointment. When I arrived for my appointment the time they scheduled me for was when the office was closed so I was confused and still came to the building. When I arrived nobody was there by the looks of it was empty. I was 8 months pregnant and didn’t want to waste my energy walking up to the door. it was winter time so I called to see if there was anyone there I didn’t get a response so I went home and thought I came at the wrong time. I called AGAIN when the office was OPEN and heather gave me a smart remark saying she’d been there the whole time and that I can’t make appointments and have to come to the building to see if they have anything available to schedule and appointment. I tried expressing to her maybe it was miscommunications because they called everyone else but me to tell them when my appointments were. I feel as if it shouldn’t have ended that way. Be mindful when becoming a patient here.

Dr.King is the best! He went and seen my little brother for the first time, very friendly & very informative. Definitely recommend this place!

Dr. King is the best, and frankly is the only optometrist that I trust to provide me with quality vision care. He and his office staff are very friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. They go above and beyond to assist me with my vision needs. They are very helpful when choosing just the right frames for glasses as well. You could not find a better optometrist.
