Will withhold one star since I am new to this eye clinic but will give a more complete review next time. What I can say is that the staff are very friendly and project a sense of sincerity and authenticity. My doctor was very informative and was willing to take the time to answer all my questions, unlike some other clinics where you may feel you are on a treadmill and they just want you out of the way so they can process the next patient.

I've meet Dr Nicholson and he was very easy to talk to. I am looking forward to my surgery and he explained my different choices and why each would benefit me. Then I meet Amy about appointment times and the full care needed after surgery. We discussed the visual improvements to expect and my long-term expectations. She was very thorough and we went over the cost of each choice. I feel very comfortable moving forward with the surgery and am excited to be able to see better. A special thanks to Amy for all the time she spent with me and she was a pleasure to meet.

I have been a patient of Dr. Guo for several years, and I can honestly say that he is an outstanding eye doctor. I truly appreciate his professionalism, attention to detail, and the way he takes the time to explain everything clearly and answer all of my questions. Although this clinic has a location closer to my home, I prefer to drive farther because receiving care from such a knowledgeable and caring doctor is worth it. Dr. Guo always makes me feel comfortable and confident in my care. I hope he always continues to be the positive, kind, and attentive doctor that his patients appreciate so much. I highly recommend Dr. Guo to anyone looking for an excellent eye doctor.

I went in to have an evaluation for cataract surgery. Never having that experience before I had no clue what to expect. The team I had led me through each phase easily. My encounter with Dr Nicholson was pleasurable.He does have an easy sense of humor and that made my visit as I did have some apprehension about the procedure.. I was very pleased with my experience.

I had an eye emergency and I was able to get in same day. I wish I remember the receptionist’s name because she was so busy but very friendly & helpful. My appointment started in time, the staff was beyond professional, helpful & kind. Liz at the Tacoma location went above and beyond to make sure my further testing at another location was set & approved. Gabriel & Dr. Nicholson were both respectful of my discomfort/ pain level and were gentle. I would highly recommend this location.
