I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION AT ALL. I made my appt in January for Today at 1.45. I was sitting in the waiting room until 2.20 before I got to to see what's going on about 3 other people was called to the back. I was told that she pulled others before me and then she finally was like oh well we need to verify your insurance this at 2:30 now. SO, after 15 min more minutes she called me to the back finally just to tell me to remove my contacts then she put some drops in my eye saying go back to the lobby for the 2nd time until my eyes dilate. It's now 2:45 I'm still in the lobby, I asked how long do it takes for them to dilate she kept walking and said I'll Check them in a minute. Walked back on to the back called somebody else(3) then finally called me to let me look into the machine. She was rude the entire time. So, I was like you know what I'm just gon go on and leave cause I feel like now I'm just getting thrown around nn mistreated. She(office manager) was like if you Wana leave you can, it's others that was supposed to be seen before you but I was told differently from the worker. So now I have no other choice to but to wait and my eyes are blurry, I've been here since 1:45 it's 3.20 he finally called me to the back.I will never do business here again. They are unprofessional and I would suggest everyone to find another clinic if you want better service. I tried to give a corner of a star but it wouldn't let me. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH EXACT EYECARE!! I DON'T know if that was a bad day for her and the staff or not but never no more

Dr. Bly and Ms. Carol are the best! His entire staff are friendly and efficient. I have been going to Exact Eyecare since 2004. I am always pleased with their services.

First time going there and I must say it was a great experience. The staff was very friendly. They had me in and out within an hour which is great. Dr. Bly was very friendly and professional and he showed that he really cares about his patients.🙂🙂 …

I really love the care team at Exact Eyecare they treat you like family. Also Dr. Bly very nice and attentive to his patient. Overall I really truly like going to my eye doctor and seeing the team over there, please keep up the good work you guys are awesome.

Very unprofessional, it took almost 3 weeks for my daughter glasses to arrive and they still got the prescription wrong meaning only that one lense has her prescription and the other lense doesn't. She was pleased with her exam and selection of frames to pick and the price for everything.

I’ve been going there for years and love the staff and Dr By! They always have an AWESOME selection of eyewear and are so professional! Great place!!

I have always liked going to Dr. Bly's office. The staff are friendly and always professional. I have never had a long wait, which is one of my pet peeves (waiting for a prolong period of time).

I had a wonderful experience here they are very caring and have a great sense of humor. I recommend these guys very highly. They really take great care of their patients. Make you feel at home. I'll be coming back . Thank you for being the people you're...God bless you all so much....

First time trying this place. My experience was okay, but I almost walked out before seeing the doctor. The young lady at the front desk was great. The doctor was great, but the young lady who prepped me before the doctor seemed rushed and didn’t communicate well. She did not ask proper questions nor was she informative. Coworkers did notice her rushed behavior and helped make things better. I was almost given something I wasn’t supposed to have while pregnant simply because she rushed and didn’t ask questions. Equipment was not cleaned before or after use.

Very rude unprofessional and no return policy dee and the other little girl answer the phone i asked question she don’t know the answer she puts me on hold and say bro like girl get some more training. Would not refer my dog to them.

I DO NOT recommend Exact Eyecare @ 5300 Hwy 18 W for eye care if you are looking for professional and timely eye care. On 3/26/2025 my son had his annual eye exam at which we decided to go with contacts for the first time. However, at his appointment we were informed that they were out of the trial pair of contacts. I was than told that the contacts should be coming in a few days and they would give me a call. I have not received a call to inform me that the contacts were ever restocked. I also have called numerous of times and left voicemails so that I would not be making blank trips to the office and I still have not received a call back from any of the voicemails that I have left. I called on 7/11/25 I was told to come in 7/16/25 @11:30am just for my son not to get his contacts. Called back and asked why did you tell me to have him come to the office if he would not be seen. I was told to have my son back in the office 7/17/25 and still no contacts! This has been the worst experience I have ever had with any business!!!!

My coworkers and trusted friends referred me to this clinic and let me just say this, I will never go anywhere else! Efficient, Professional, Direct and Reliable. Why would I go anywhere

I came here and purchased some glasses from this place. I had the glasses 2 .5 weeks or 3 and they are broken already. I am very upset about this mess. Every time I go to Walmart this never happened. Thanks to my sister telling me about tExact eye care. Gonna fuss at her too.
