I am very unhappy with the services received at Express Vision. The arm of my glasses had come off. They wanted to charge me $80 to repair. When I explained that it would only cost me $60 to replace the frames, he offered to fix them for $60. To not waste more time, I agreed. Less than 2 weeks later, the arm fell off again. Except the person who had helped me, explained that it was the other arm. He then offered to repair for another $60. I was shocked. I reminded him that the cost to replace the frames was $60. He then said, "you should just buy new frames then as these are low quality." I was so sad that I had paid $60 for the repair and still had to order new fames! I then bought super glue and was able to repair them myself! So $60 for something I could have done for $2! The lack of integrity was astounding.

awful service complete scam artist. Went in to get one hour glasses took in my prescription and glasses where i had damaged a lens. Couldn't do them in an hour sold me a new pair with lenses that were supposed to be my prescription. Well they were not went in only to be fed a load of excuses that he can adjust the frame that will help!!! then got told my prescription is out of date!!! (yet he knew this when he took $500 from a few days ago!! left having wasted time and money avoid these guys.

I broke my glasses today. I called to my optometrist and they emailed a copy of my prescription. Called to Express vision, they gave me an appointment for 30 minutes later. I ordered 2 sets of glasses and it was ready in just one and half hour. Amazing service.we are so lucky to have this in area. Life saver. Absolutely I recommend for fast new glasses. Thank you.
