Unfortunately, I had a very poor experience with the intake specialist during my very first and recent visit. The young woman with the Shaolin makeup and eyelashes was condescending when asking about my prescriptions and HIPAA knowledge, and she later refused to provide pricing for an additional pair of glasses over the phone. Due to these interactions, it is unlikely I will return to that location.This is particularly disappointing because my interaction with Dr. Keri was excellent. Dr. Keri was professional, attentive, and welcoming, but the unprofessional service from that young woman support staff ruined the overall experience.

I’ve been going to the same location for almost 20 years. When Dr. Turner used to own it. But the new owner, Dr. Pamela is amazing. She really cares about her patients and always there for you if you really need her. This place has great customer service and very family oriented. If I could give this place a 10 star I would that’s how amazing this organization is I don’t trust any other doctor with my eyes, but Dr. Pamela. This is a very professional establishment.

I wish I could give them 10 stars! The level of professionalism and customer service was outstanding. The optometrist, the manager, and the front desk staff were all excellent. I felt incredibly well taken care of from the very first call to schedule my appointment until the moment I left. They also have a great variety of modern, beautiful frames to choose from.

I had the best experience with Lianet! She was so nice and provided excellent customer service. Helped me find the perfect glasses and was very knowledgeable as well. Give her a raise!

I had an appointment yesterday, hands and down the best experience I’ve ever had getting an eye exam and new glasses. I had issues with my new insurance and they didn’t walk away from me, they helped me for over a week clearing the issues, calling me every day with updates. Do yourself a favor and get your glasses and eye exam here.

Everyone in this office is absolutely incredible! they are some of the kindest people you will ever meet :) if you are looking for someone to be your optometrist look no further Dr.Kerri and her team are wonderful
