Do not use this Optometrist!!! Find another eye vision care!! I had an appointment for October 6 @12pm, I got there about 15 minutes early, the door was still locked, so I waited awhile and another person came they had an appointment for 11:45am the door is still locked. I went to the optical shop around the corner and asked if optometrist was going to open their response was O they're not going to there, I said I have an appointment, they said again sorry they are not going to be there. So this OD Sunita Sunesra is a no show for her own practice and let down serval patients who had appointments, plus they send out text and email to confirm appointment with a message if you do not show up for your appointment you will be charged a $25.00 fee for no show. What about her not showing up, people who had appointments wasted their waiting for the door to open and she's a no show!!!! Very bad service!!!

Our appt was at 1pm. We arrived early to complete necessary paperwork. No one told me that the office was closed for lunch until 1pm, so that was a waste. At 1:43pm, I asked how much long before we would see a Dr. The receptist said maybe another 10-15mins. A few seconds later, another employee walked in with groceries, little did I know we were waiting because the Dr was grocery shopping!!! I feel the shopping could have been done during her lunch break. Once I went into the room with my son, I found her demeanor to be SUPERB!!! She was friendly and made sure all questions were asked. The office is large and really well kept. Had we not had the long wait because of groceries, I would have given this office 5 stars! Follow up appt: Our appt was scheduled for 1:15. It's now 1:45 and we're still waiting. As clean as the facility is, having to wait over 45mins before being seen by the Dr is unacceptable. Our time is just as valuable as the Dr. If you need more time with each patient, one should account for this when scheduling. I believe that we'll go back to the other Walmart vision Dr in Grand Prairie. They are a few minutes further, but the time saved will be well worth the trip.

Very friendly staff! Explain everything without getting grumpy about it lol because i had lots of questions about my vision. Very Professional and very clean place!

Came here for an exam and was not disclosed of the proper information after repeatedly being clear before I was serviced would my insurance cover it or not. They also billed my insurance for something I did not ask for and did not disclose of that. i called the office and told them they fraudulently charged my surname, they said insurance paid it’s not you. It is an unethical practice as I called to complain. horribly practice.

Last minute walk in: thank you the awesome exam. Even though it was closing time, the staff and doctors took their time to be through.

This is the BEST PLACE in Dallas for your Vision Needs . Dr sunita is very highly professional , thorough and uses state of the art modern technology unlike other Optometrist . The receptionist as well as all other staff are very polite and listen to their pateints needs . GO MAKE an appointment and see the difference

Dr. Sunita S. has done a phenomenal job every year since 2017. I have been going for 3 years and always had a positive experience. Great staff and appointments are on time as scheduled.

I get a appointment on Express Vision Care at 2:45pm Feb 13th and then they called me 1hs before to the appointment to advance it at 2pm because the doctor has to go and she can't meet that schedule, my question is.. she doesn't understand that I had to plan all my day ask for permits on my job, my wife had ask for a permit on her job, because I’ll can’t drive after exams, they're irresponsible and nothing professional, I'll never go back to express vision care on Walmart Supercenter #4503 Grand Prairie Tx

Horrible service, came in at 11:20 for an appointment at 11:45, tell me why the lights are off and they are “closed” . No text or nothing saying that they were going to be closed. Hopefully I don’t get a “late fee” for not going to an appointment that was closed.

Made a appointment took the day off just to show up so they can tell me she going to have to reschedule

Office is really clean,the staff is beyond friendly and caring! Made me feel welcome. felt that i was in good hands since i was greeted by the ladies in the front, i right away thought well the doctor nusr be amazing, and i was right! Very professional

The lady at the front desk was upset because I was 5 minutes late, because she wanted to take lunch. Not my problem. And the Dr. didn't introduce herself, neither explained me well the exam results, made me feel like she was in a rush, did everything like rushing. No, I don't recommend this place.

Absolutely terrible experience. I waited almost 3 hours to be seen, which is completely unacceptable. There was no communication about the delay or any apology for the excessive wait time. When I finally saw the doctor, the appointment felt rushed. They didn’t properly explain what was wrong with my eyes or answer my questions. they simply handed me a prescription and sent me on my way. I left feeling confused and frustrated. Patients deserve clear explanations and basic respect for their time. I would not recommend this office based on my experience.

I went into the office Saturday 23 , 2025 at 9:30. The staff was super super nice and very friendly. I will definitely return.

It’s a great place to get your eyesight checked and get your contact lenses! Personally, I had some trouble early on because of my eyes but they were really nice and polite through the whole process. I had to try on a few different brands because of my eyes and not one time did they seem frustrated or annoyed! They’re really nice people and I recommend you to come here for anything eye wise, helps that they accept insurance as well!

Dr. Sunita is a very welcoming and everyone there is polite and friendly. One of the best eye places there is!!

This clinic should be renamed to Molasses Vision Care. It took them 2 hours to see me. The staff wasnt necessarily rude, but they could still improve their customer service skills such as introducing themselves (the doctor) or updating the patients on wait times, etc .

This doctor was extremely rude. She walked out of my exam 3 times and didn’t even excuse herself from the room or apologize when she came back. She had issues with her staff and one of the times she came back to the room she was mumbling to her self and said seriously. She didn’t review how my eyes were doing or changes in prescription. Very unprofessional! When I was given my prescription at the front desk, I asked where I can complain about the doctor, they said, “please do.” They mentioned they had one employee walk out on her already and they were next. I think all your staff leaving speaks volumes about this provider.

Had an appointment at 12:45p and wasn't seen until 1:53p. We received DAILY text reminders about the appointment and was told that if WE were late or did a no show, there would be a $25 fee. There was no apology or explanation for the excessive wait time at all.

Dr. Sunita was very helpful. Guided me on how to correctly put on and take off my contacts as a first time user. Very quick and professional.

I went to visit this place in high hopes of receiving exceptional service. I was standing at the front desk for 10 to 15 minutes before being acknowledged. I did not have an appointment and I knew I would have to wait. With only one person ahead of me, I waited 2 1/2 hours before being seen. During the exam, I explained to the Doctor that the vision was still blurry. She seemed to ignored and asked which ones better. I then told her both lenses she showed me were blurry. She continued to asked the question. I then asked her is it supposed to look this way. she continued to ignore me. Now I have my perception glasses and it’s hard to see. I contacted the office back and they said I would have to pay for another exam. I paid out of pocket for two exams. I just visited her Feb 4th, and called back on Feb 18. Not even 30 days. Do Not Recommend this place to anyone.

First time here, Eye doctor was nice but the wait to see doctor was 2 hours. We got frustrated having to wait so long. Out all the years coming to eye doctor never had to wait so long it’s ridiculous.

I would not recommend this eye doctor. We were there for a couple of hours, and during the visit the doctor asked if we wanted to purchase some add-on services. I politely declined because it wasn’t in my budget, especially with four kids. When my daughter asked about getting contacts, the doctor told her that I “wouldn’t be able to afford it” because my budget was tight, which was extremely unprofessional and unnecessary. The doctor didn’t take the time to talk to me, nor the kids, about their vision or explain anything about their exams. The only reason I knew our appointments were finished was because the receptionist handed us the prescriptions. Overall, the experience felt dismissive and uncomfortable. We definitely won’t be returning.

Walked in to make an appointment and was worked in since they had availability. Both front and back staff were sweet, funny and kind! Will definitely be back!

Do not go there unless you like to wait for 2 hours for the appointment you made. When I got there, they can not find my appointment but they called me back to schedule. There is only one person working there, so if you dont like your life and time. DONT GO THERE! DONT WASTE UR LIFE! STAY AWAY! DANGER! SNAILS!
