12/9/23 This place has no customer service. I would never recommend this establishment. When dealing with health it’s very vital and important to make sure people are comfortable and feeling welcomed. Upon entering not 1 of the 3 receptionists took their eyes from their computers to greet me and spoke in very demeaning tones. They would avoid eye contact and then raise their voice and reinstate what items they needed from me which made me extremely uncomfortable. I just left before my exam, I don’t pay people who don’t want my money.

As always I had an amazing experience. Everyone is so helpful and knowledgeable in their crafts. What I like more then anything are the smiles you get when you come through for follow ups or to start your experience. The workers at Eye 2 Eye help you build professional relationships with them with their exemplary customer service which makes you feel special. And from my years of experience going to this location, Dr. Bouton is the bomb!!!

Eye 2 Eye was recommended by a Medicaid provider for an annual diabetes eye exam. I was impressed by the staff's experience and knowledge. The optometrist I saw had additional training in eye pathology beyond her Optometrist license. As it turns out, this is exactly what I was looking for. I didn't suspect anything abnormal, but needed to do an annual exam. They are able to refer to a specialist, if necessary. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to monitor their eye health!
