Dr Botelho is amazing today was my first time visiting him and all I have to say is he made it so much easier with my ADD. Every other visit I've had in the past with different doctors has not been easy when it comes to that part where they say is this better or is this better? Instead he put them both up for me to compare and I could actually tell him what I thought was better before it wasn't so easy at different offices. He wrote me out my full prescription and PD so that I can get my glasses that I got at a different office fixed properly and with the correct prescription. But I will be back to see Dr Botelho again next week and in the future... I hope to be out of my Dollar tree glasses and doing my purchases from Eye 5 optical soon. He even got high praises from a previous employee who happened to work at the other eye care place that I went to... FYI I was not coerced into writing this review he really is great. Well i thought i was early for my 9:30am appointment only to discover that my appointment was at 9:00am. They were more than happy to see me nonetheless much to my relief. The pre screening was quick and efficient. The doctor was thorough in his exam and answered all my questions. The staff was friendly and professional. When I finished I asked if they took my wife’s insurance ,which they did, also and even though she didn’t have an appointment they tended to her needs as well. I was thoroughly impressed

Office staff very accommodating and professional. The doctor was very friendly and easy to work with. Highly recommend this office as it also has plenty of free parking and easy access. I am a return patient due to the very good service I receive from the staff at this office.
