Yesterday I had an appointment with Dr. Hoyt , an ophthalmologist, at this clinic. I was very impressed with the staff there as well as how thorough Dr. Hoyt was. She not only made me feel comfortable in her pleasant manner but made me feel confident in how she explained the issue I had come for. I do not hesitate to recommend this facility!!

Very professionally run office by a competent staff! I was well taken care of by everyone I interacted with. They were all personable, helpful and friendly. My biggest takeaway was that they all showed genuine care!

Terrible experience my last visit. First off when you call any of their offices you will never get anyone on the phones. Whether it’s for scheduling or trying to reach directly to your office to let them know you’re running late. Front office never answers phones. When you leave a message good luck if anyone ever calls you back. I was running a little behind due to our great Seattle traffic and when I arrived they said I was past their appointment window policy to be seen. I asked to see the policy and if it was posted and they told me it’s internal. What good does that do your clients? They finally allowed me to be seen but I had to wait almost an hour to be seen. Only great thing about this office is the Dr. And assistant was great! Only reason I’m leaving 3 stars instead of 1
