I am so happy I lost my glasses!!! If it were not for that, I would have never found you guys! The customer service was excellent, each staff member was very kind and professional. My optometrist actually taught me a few things... I walked out of there educated, informed and VERY HAPPY to be able to see again. Definitely getting anything and everything eye-related at this location. THANK YOU ALL!!!

Dr Megan is wonderful, the facility is bright, lots of natural light in the front of the facility but the one thing I noticed Justin did not mean the machines before we used them . Lens Crafters under Dr Medlin always cleaned even before covid.

Eye doctor was good. The technician that helped me and setup I felt like I was ruining his day by showing up to my appointment. They walk you through the eyeglass showroom and try to browbeat you into buying frames if you come in for an eye exam. I don't buy anything from people that act like sleazy used salesman. Doesn't matter if it's glasses, tvs or cars
