What a great experience from the very moment I called to make an appointment! Dr. Shah is very meticulous and wants to cover absolutely every detail about the eye exam. He explains each step and why you need certain medication to solve any issue. He makes you feel confident you are in the best hands and shows genuine care about the health of his patients. He’s one of those unique doctors who wants to solve the cause of the problem, not just the symptoms. Dr. Shah also went the extra mile to make sure he was referring me to a doctor under my insurance.
