We arrived 15 minutes early and waited 45 minutes past our appointment time for intake. At intake they put drops in the baby's eyes and told us to wait in the waiting room and since the waiting room full we were asked to wait outside as they would come get us in 30 minutes. Forty five minutes later, we had no update and let them know 1.5 hours was too long to wait. We were told we were next, but they couldn't tell us how long the wait was going to be. They are jam packed busy so loss of business won't matter to them, but there definitely needs to be better office management. The physicians should be the ones making that happen. Worst wait time I have ever had outside an ER.

Every time since I met Dr K. I had a wonderful experience business down to earth explaining detail what is going to happen what he's going to do from top to bottom I recommend him to anybody that is searching for a good ophthalmologist again thank you for all the good experience from the doctor to all of the nurses technicians

Dr. Kavanaugh is great as is his front office staff. One of his assistants had an attitude when she asked the name of my medication for eye drops. When I told her I didn’t know, she made a not friendly sound.?I told her you’ve got the information on your records right there - she was punching keys on the keyboard & looking at the computer screen.
