Dr. Kaplan is very professional with a dedicated staff. She has kept my glaucoma in check now for years. I would highly recommend her your vision and air care needs.

It’s interesting how Dr. L.P. Kaplan’s medical practice runs like a well oiled Omega while the majority of medical offices are still reeling from the pandemic, unresponsive on the canvas!

Good luck getting someone to answer the phone. I tried calling them multiple times, but either got stuck in a never-ending hold loop or my calls were answered and immediately hung up. Once someone finally decided to answer I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with the worst receptionist. Her customer service was abysmal and had a blatant disregard for my time and even hung up on me towards the end. Very rude and dismissive. I recommend you take your business where it’s appreciate.
