The office staff at this location are both courteous and professional. The office is inviting and comfortable. The Eye Specialist Doctor was very attentive and explained my situation with care and understanding.

Pros: Dr. Flynn and staff are very friendly/personable Big Con: It is my experience that Dr. Flynn is more reactive than proactive in his glaucoma management style. In other words, he waits to see meaningful damage to visual fields and optic nerves before taking more aggressive measures to control pressures beyond changing drops. My eye pressures were 19 (with thin corneas - so really pressures were likely closer to 24) for 6 months, fortunately with no visual field damage. After asking doctor flynn if we should be being more aggressive to get pressures down - he stated he was not concerned as my visual fields were stable. He was correct in that the were stable - until the next visit where my visual field showed dramatic damage. I did everything a glaucoma patient should do - never missed a drop and never missed a visit. Dr Flynn completely mismanaged my case in my opinion. I truly am hopeful that I was a one off case that he let fall through the cracks and that none of his other patients have had my experience. Losing so much vision when it could have been stopped with intervention is truly truly heartbreaking/traumatizing Best of luck everyone dealing with this terrible disease

Dr Flynn and his staff have been taking care of my wife, Lucy, and I for the last Ten years. Dr Flynn is an excellent doctor and we highly recommended him.
