Great customer service from start to finish! The staff are all professional and friendly. It was easy to find an appointment that worked with my busy work schedule since they are open Sunday through Saturday with evening hours. Dr. Porreta was very personable and really listened to my concerns with my vision. I had amazing service from all the staff INCLUDING the manager Jon when finding a frame. I just picked up my new glasses and I absolutely love them!!! My vision is great and I have received so many compliments already! I will definitely be coming back and referring All of my friends and family.

I have been a loyal customer of the Eye Boutique for years. Recently, I reached out to two representatives of the store regarding a prescription, and although I was not happy with their policy, I respected and accepted it. However, I was disappointed with their attitude towards me. As a naturally friendly person, I was taken aback by their lack of customer service. Unfortunately, their behavior has caused me to take my business elsewhere, where I can expect to be treated with more kindness and respect.

Walked in today looking for some glasses. Immediately my mom and I were greeted. Ashley B. asked if we needed help with anything and even brought over some suggestions of glasses which I really appreciated based on the details I told her I’d like. I fell in love with the first pair she showed me. She was extremely helpful, sweet, and informative throughout this whole process. She helped me decide on the type of lenses and anti reflective option. Absolutely AMAZINGG customer service by Ashley B.!! I’d be happy to recommend her and come back and see her. Thank you soo much!!
