My husband and I LOVE Dr B! She is caring, thorough, super friendly and overall a great optometrist! Her new office is gorgeous, super bright and friendly. Her staff has been wonderful to work with and I appreciate her entire practice. I recently had what I considered an 'eye emergency' and she got me in the day before she left for vacation. I highly recommend Eye Care Associates for the entire family.

I have never had a worse experience with an eye doctor. I came in as a new patient, after being without insurance and not getting an eye exam for the past few years. Within 5 minutes of meeting Helaina Boulieris I was almost in tears and left without even getting my exam because of how judgmental and rude she was. She immediately made comments about the generic brand of solution I use, how appalled she was that I hadn’t gotten an exam for so long, and that I don’t change my contacts out every two weeks. When I asked if she treated all of her patients like this, instead of backing off and realizing how uncomfortable she was making me, she continued to press the issue. You don’t know someone’s life or situation, so when they are coming in to get a service they need, maybe just give them the service without the incessant shaming. I could not believe how unprofessional she was and would not recommend this clinic to anyone.

UPDATE!!! It took 8 months to get my glasses 😅 no thank you! They lady that measured my glasses was super rude! Unfortunately this is the only place my work allows me to get safety glasses. My supervisor will be calling on my behalf and the behalf of others as this is a typical experience for people at my work. I figured I’ll do my part and post a review 🙂 would NOT recommend going here!
