Busy professionals and families beware. I’ve been going to Eyecare Associates for 8+ years and can definitively say they will not respect your time as a patient. Appointments start when your medical professional says they do, sometimes nowhere near when they’re scheduled. It can be extremely frustrating.

Can't say if the care was any good. I waited 10 min to check in despite only one person ahead of me. Then, I waited 1 hour 10 min before I finally decided to leave. The staff didn't bother to give updates about the wait time so who knows how much longer it would have been. Also, I checked in advance to see if they accepted my eye care insurance by calling them. I was told they accepted it. When I checked in, they said they don't take the insurance. Guess I will never know if this place was any good.
