I had cataract procedure by Dr Goyal. Preparation, procedure, and post op were well organized, supportive, and courteous. The lense was almost instantly clear. I had no pain or irritation. I did pay out of pocket for the laser portion not covered by insurance but I will do the same with the other eye. I am very pleased. Dr Goyal and I shared a clear smile.

Busy professionals and families beware. I’ve been coming to Eyecare Associates for 8+ years and they will not respect your time as a patient. It’s not unusual to wait a combined 15, 30, or 45 minutes between seeing various doctors. It’s much more likely you will sit there longer than you’re actually seen. The care itself is fine, but wow are they disrespectful of your time.

I trust my eye care to Dr. Stockenstrom. The staff at the downtown location on Nicolett Mall is great! My only problem is with their billing department. I get billed the $85 for the refractory exam every time. I have to call and tell them to bill my VSP insurance. Sometimes it takes a couple of phone calls to get it straightened out. Very frustrating.
