A bit of scam. After my eye exam I had two sets of glasses rang up. One was with transition lenses. The whole estimate was written on a piece of paper. They ran my CC on that written estimate. They were suppose to send the receipt via email the next day and that never happened. First time, my glasses arrived they were the wrong frame. I mentioned that they should have transition lenses based on what I paid on the written invoice. Second time my glasses come in no transition lenses so I ask to see the original paperwork. Was told that they do not have it saved. I have them pull up the receipt on their system. Person says they had overcharged me $28 but that it was returned. I checked my CC statement and insurance statement, never was returned. The amount I have charged on my CC is more than what they have in their system.
I will not return here and advise caution if you go here. Get printed receipts before you leave with everything itemized.

Took excellent care of my kid’s prescription and got my wife and I in for our yearly check up. Great place to go and we’ll definitely be back.

Staff was helpful and nice enough. I’ve bought frames from them in the past, and they were great. PD, or pupillary distance, was missing from my prescription, similar to most optometrist prescriptions nowadays. There are plenty of places online to print a PD ruler for free. I had no issues with this. Worked just fine. I needed a prescription for specialized prescription protective safety glasses in the shop that you would not find inside a store like this. They should. I think they may be surprised at how many people need things like this.
