Dr. Ludholz is undeniably the best medical professional I have ever seen, in any field. She is kind and patient. She’s funny. She is knowledgeable beyond words. I always leave her office feeling listened to and understood and cared for. Her examinations are thorough, and her advice is always spot on. The world needs more doctors and health care professionals like her. She truly is the best.

I had no issues for about a year until it was time to get a different type of contacts. the eye doctor was the one to recommend this. I received the contacts that I was repeatedly told were the absolute best fit for me and my strong prescription. Then I couldn’t see out of them. This is not what made me upset. But the way that it was handled after I couldn’t see out of them. Because of the misinformation or lack of understanding by the doctors about the lenses I completely ran out of any contacts that I had. Even though I had repeatedly told them that I was on my last pair. It was complete incompetence on their part. It in every way just a ridiculous and unnecessary situation that caused me to lose all confidence in the professionalism and capability of the eye doctors that work there.
