Have gotten prescription done on two pairs of glasses. The pricing is okay, and the staff is very friendly. Unfortunately the service is not the most professional. Glasses take 3 weeks + to get prescription done and zero updates are provided by the staff. In my most recent experience I dropped off a pair of glasses to get done and was charged hundreds of dollars. After three weeks + I have still not received my glasses. I have been extremely kind and friendly with the staff explain my situation and concerns and have still not received any sort of update without me having to call. Whenever I call on the phone I’m put on a long hold. Some staff doesn’t really care and some staff promise to keep me updated but still nothing, not one single call or email, it seems like they don’t care about my glasses or the responsibility of upkeeping our transaction. I even called and asked for the glasses back and they said they don’t have them anymore and the lab won’t provide clear details. I am extremely upset and frustrated. No other place takes this long, and doesn’t even apologize or provide updates. Truly would not recommend getting any type of prescription done here.

Dr. Grossman was extremely communicative, professional, and knowledgeable, making both my daughter and I feel at ease throughout the appointment. The staff was genuinely pleasant and helpful, catering to our needs and ensuring we had a positive visit. The office also boasts a fabulous assortment of eyeglass frames and contact lenses, perfect for finding just the right fit for my daughter. All in all, we were incredibly pleased with our visit to Dr. Scott Grossman's optometry office. I highly recommend this office for families seeking top-quality eye care in a welcoming and friendly environment.

I've been coming to this office for many years and they are the best I've ever had. Started with the father and now the son. Very professional, awesome, pleasant vibes, communication skills, knowledgeable, clean place, eye frames are stylish. The STAFF are awesome, I love this Eye Center. Many blessings.
