Dr. Paul Row performed my cataract surgery. I am thrilled with the result! I have worn glasses since 10 and contacts since 16 years old. Today was the first time in 58 years I woke up and didn't have to put my glasses on!! I couldn't even read street signs prior to the surgery and now clear as a bell! Dr. Row explained everything during the procedure, was very reassuring and followed up today to see how I was doing. There is no pain and it was over in like 15 minutes. The practice administrator and scheduler were also both awesome in getting me scheduled.

Angelica at Napa Eye is an absolute angel. I forgot my contact lenses while in town for work and she was able to get me two pairs of contacts to hold me over until I got back home. The staff here is incredibly helpful and caring. If they’re willing to go above and beyond for a complete stranger who will likely never be a patient, I can only imagine what they’ll be willing to do for the people under their care.

Doctor was great!! Front line staff, not so much. The optician treated me like I wasn't worth her time. I was promised a call back to review lenses and frames they have ars their St Helena location has limited options to choose from but they never called. I went to another doctor to get my frames and lenses but my insurance was blocked by Napa Eye Care. When I called to ask them to please unlock it, the optician literally said, "We don't do that, your new doctor has to call the insurance company. They just don't want to do their job." Rude!! I would rather take time off and come see my new doctor than go back to Napa Eye Care.
